The Michigan Wine Collaborative is using the Wine Institute’s recommendations as a guide. These have been vetted by the Wine Institute’s attorneys to be in compliance with CDC rules. Wineries have unique characteristics including outdoor tasting areas that are not the same as most restaurants. Therefore we want to be sure our needs are understood and we have the ability to open as soon as possible, using CDC recommendations for keeping customers and staff safe.
