This marks the first Ice Wine Harvest for Black Star since 2013!
Here are some specs!
- Harvest dates 1/7 & 1/10/2022, outside temperatures 9°-14°
- Sugar levels between 47-50 brix with some botrytis apparent
- About 120 gallons were processed =approximately 100 cases of 375ml bottles (that we will hopefully see by the end on 2022)
